    What is a ZPAY transaction?

    Any payment sent, received, or processed through the ZPAY protocol — including cross-border transfers, Stellar settlements, and autonomous AI agent-initiated payments.

    Are there per-transaction fees?

    Currently, early access users only pay the underlying Stellar network fees (approximately $0.00001 per transaction). ZPAY platform fees will be introduced for Professional and Enterprise tiers.

    When will the Professional tier be available?

    We are currently rolling out the Professional tier to a limited set of beta testers. You can join the waitlist to get early access when it becomes publicly available.

    Do I need crypto experience to use ZPAY?

    Not at all. ZPAY abstracts away the complexity of the Stellar network. You interact with simple fiat values and ZPAY IDs, while our infrastructure handles the blockchain routing instantly in the background.
